We know it has been a long time (nearly 2 months) since we have been able to worship together as a church family. We also know that we all are ready and excited to meet together again. Last Friday Governor Holcomb released the new Covid-19 guidelines, “Back on Track Indiana”, regarding churches worshiping together. In the current phase (phase 2) of these guidelines churches are exempt from the requirement of no more than 25 people assembling together and can meet together as early Sunday, May 10th. This phase of the plan also has many other restrictions in place that must be followed. With this in mind a detailed plan for assembling together was made that has all of those restrictions considered. The result is an in person worship meeting that we could in fact facilitate but would also be so restrictive that it results in an experience that would be stressful to everyone as opposed to uplifting.With all these factors in mind the leadership wants to share with you the following proposed schedule for our Turning Point Church family coming back together in person;

Sunday, May 10th and Sunday, May 17thstreaming worship service on FaceBook live.

Sunday May 24th the beginning of phase 3 of the State's plan, we will meet at the TPC parking lot for a drive-in worship service. The worship will be transmitted to your vehicles stereo system via FM transmitter from inside our building. We hope this is a fun, refreshing way to ease back into meeting together and a way to see each other while easily observing social distancing guidelines.

Sunday, May 31st through Sunday June 7th a combination of drive-in worship services and, weather permitting, worshiping outdoors on the TPC lawn.

Sunday June 14th beginning of phase 4 (masks are optional). We will once again meet together in person in the TPC Worship Center!

Our proposed schedule is based on the current guidelines published by the State and is subject to change, depending on future developments of Covid-19, as the situation unfolds. We will be diligent in communicating any changes and updates that need to be made, if any. Watch for emails and FaceBook posts with service times and details.

We hope this is encouraging news to all that gives us something positive to look forward to. As always, if you have any questions, concerns or comments please reach out to us.
