Turning Point offers classes to aid you on your spiritual journey, whether you are a new Christian or a lifelong believer.
Current classes are:
The Rock and the Hard Places: Tackling the Tough Questions taught by Aidan Rogers. Why do bad things happen to good people? Can Christians do yoga? Do all dogs go to heaven? What about God’s wrath? Most Christians have a least one question they’re dying to ask. Most of us have more. This class is an invitation to bring your questions – about the Bible, about God, about life, about humanity, about whatever - and discover how to think about them in Biblical ways. Drawing on the field of Christian philosophy, The Rock and the Hard Places focuses on that space where the flesh meets the faith. This is the Spirit with skin on. Come join us as we learn to walk, talk, and think faithfully. Sunday mornings, 9:30 a.m. in room 8 in the north hallway. (Seriously, bring your questions. Let’s talk about them.)
